Justin Caughenbaugh is the Chief Executive Officer is directly responsible for

the continuing development and administrative oversight of the organization. He/she leads the

Executive Management Team that is charged with developing policies and procedures and is

responsible for strategic planning of goals, objectives, and operations within the entire

enterprise. Through their influence and leadership, the CEO also is responsible for:

• overseeing the implementation and ensuring the long-term success of the decisions and programsdeveloped by corporate leadership.

​

• establishes and maintains the corporate leadership structure (modifying it as organizational needs evolve) and delegates authority to all staff members.

​

• communicates with members of the Executive Management Team to ensure that SCXv staff members are carrying out their responsibilities as outlined within this manual. In doing so, the CEO is responsible for providing the tools and resources necessary for staff to succeed in their duties.

​

•  maintains the overall responsibility and authority to hire, suspend, demote, and terminate personnel (staff and pilots) and is authorized to hear and determine a course of action on all personnel complaints.

 Ronald, will oversee daily airport operations to ensure an easy, seamless when welcoming new pilots to the experience. Schedules, Route Development, Fleet, and Hub Operations of the organization. This includes our five bases, as well as our expanding network of spoke airports.

• Overseeing and directing hub/base activities and ensuring compliance with company directives and policies.

​

• Recommending the modification of existing or implementation of revised policies, procedures, and programs based on operations/organizational status.

​

• Working with the Scheduling, to advise the CEO of necessary route/assigned aircraft changes based on current real-world operations.

​

• Working with the events coordinator  to organize and release new events

As the Prime Air OPS Manager at Sun Country Virtual Airlines (vSCX), you play a crucial role in the oversight and management of daily operations within Prime Air Network This position involves coordinating and ensuring the efficiency of pilot activities, fostering a collaborative environment, and upholding the established operational guidelines.

• Daily Operations Oversight: Manage and oversee all Prime operations, this includes ensuring up to date routes in the network, and fleet registrations.

 

• Daily Operations Oversight: Manage and oversee daily pilot operations ensuring the productivity and adherence to established protocols by base pilots.

• Pilot Support: Act as a primary point of contact for pilots that inquire about Prime operations, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing assistance as needed.

• Discord Server Moderation: Monitor and moderate the vSCX Discord server regularly, ensuring a respectful and supportive online community for all members.

As a Hub Manager at Sun Country Virtual Airlines (vSCX), you play a crucial role in the oversight and management of daily pilot operations within your assigned base. This position involves coordinating and ensuring the efficiency of pilot activities, fostering a collaborative environment, and upholding the established operational guidelines.

• Daily Operations Oversight: Manage and oversee daily pilot operations in your designated base, ensuring the productivity and adherence to established protocols by base pilots.

 

• PIREP Processing: Responsible for processing all Pilot Reports (PIREPs) and associated commentary submitted by pilots in your base, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Pilot Support: Act as a primary point of contact for pilots in your base, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing assistance as needed.

• Discord Server Moderation: Monitor and moderate the vSCX Discord server regularly, ensuring a respectful and supportive online community for all members.
