Chief Executive officer

Justin Caughenbaugh

Justin Caughenbaugh is the Chief Executive Officer is directly responsible for

the continuing development and administrative oversight of the organization. He/she leads the

Executive Management Team that is charged with developing policies and procedures and is

responsible for strategic planning of goals, objectives, and operations within the entire

enterprise. Through their influence and leadership, the CEO also is responsible for:

overseeing the implementation and ensuring the long-term success of the decisions and programsdeveloped by corporate leadership.

establishes and maintains the corporate leadership structure (modifying it as organizational needs evolve) and delegates authority to all staff members.

communicates with members of the Executive Management Team to ensure that SCXv staff members are carrying out their responsibilities as outlined within this manual. In doing so, the CEO is responsible for providing the tools and resources necessary for staff to succeed in their duties.

maintains the overall responsibility and authority to hire, suspend, demote, and terminate personnel (staff and pilots) and is authorized to hear and determine a course of action on all personnel complaints.

Chief operating officer

Sawyer Knickrehm

Sawyer, will oversee daily airport operations to ensure an easy, seamless when welcoming new pilots to the experience. Schedules, Route Development, Fleet, and Hub Operations of the organization. This includes our five bases, as well as our expanding network of spoke airports.

• Overseeing and directing hub/base activities and ensuring compliance with company directives and policies.

• Recommending the modification of existing or implementation of revised policies, procedures, and programs based on operations/organizational status.

• Working with the Scheduling, to advise the CEO of necessary route/assigned aircraft changes based on current real-world operations.

• Working with the events coordinator to organize and release new events

Director Of Fliight Operations

James Drettwan

James,The Director of Flight Operations (DFO) provides strategic direction and leadership across the entire flight department. Key duties include:

Safety and Compliance: Ensuring all operations strictly adhere to regulations that are set by Sun Country Virtual

Personnel Management: Supervising and coordinating flight personnel, which includes managing the Chief Pilot and the Hub Manager.

Responsibilities also cover pilot hiring ( Accepting new Pilot Registrations,) training programs (needs developed) and performance evaluations ( keep an eye on Pilot Activity as set in the Handbook.

Operational Control: Overseeing daily operational Tasks, such as Pirep Approval,( allow Hub manager to respond first, if pireps have been sitting unprocessed for a few hours take control and process )
coordination with maintenance teams to ensure on-time performance and reliability.

Strategic Planning: Developing and maintaining current routes, as they come in, to best of your knowledge.

Regulatory Liaison: Serving as a main point of contact and coordinating communication within Discord.

Prime Air OPS Manager
